HealthOne is seeking a MediSpa & Skin Clinic Administrators to join our growing team!

HealthOne MediSpa & Skin Clinic is one of up to eight departments found at most of our locations and is boutique medical aesthetics practice. We are currently equipped to offer a variety skin rejuvenation services as well as treatment for medical skin conditions.

Job Summary

In this exciting opportunity, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice and a memorable experience for all visitors of our MediSpa & Skin Clinic.

Schedule

• Openings may range from part-time to full-time hours
• Flexibility to work within operating hours required, including evenings & weekends

Locations

• Options may vary across across the following:
  • Downtown Toronto
    • 110 Harbour Street
    • The Well at 486 Front Street

Responsibilities

• Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel welcomed, accommodated, and encounter a 5-star experience at all times.
• Efficiently handle all front desk tasks with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing and payment, and data entry.
• Contribute to smooth clinic flow and overall success of the business by providing reliable administrative support, adhering to policies & procedures and participating in goal achievement.
• Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

Requirements

• 1+ years of guest services experience, ideally in the cosmetic industry
• High degree of professionalism, with impeccable communication and client-focused skills
• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail and a reputation for being flexible & hard-working
• Ability to work independently or within a team and thrive in either environment
• Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work weekends and evenings based on business needs

Nice to Have

• Experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically Jane software
• Post-secondary education or proven personal interest in Spa Management or similar topic
