Partnerships Manager

Department: Functional - Sales
Location: Toronto, ON

HealthOne is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive excellence and expansion for our growing multi-disciplinary healthcare business.

Job Summary

The Partnerships Manager will help orchestrate HealthOne's strategic alliances with our key partners to bolster innovation, drive patient acquisition, and ensure program execution and expansion.

Schedule

  • Full-time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday with occasional weekends or evenings on an as-needed basis with advanced notice

  • Hybrid role with in-person requirement at 110 Harbour St. Toronto location

Responsibilities

  • Program Strategy and Material Development: Gather, prepare and refine partnership materials for programs, ensuring they align with strategic goals. This includes crafting presentations, coordinating program launch activities, and developing training and workflow processes.

  • Partnership Coordination and Performance Tracking: Act as the everyday liaison for partners, monitoring program metrics with key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with program requirements and track budgetary and deliverable performance.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Orchestration: Lead cross-functional team efforts to integrate partnership initiatives into HealthOne’s operations, ensuring execution across marketing, clinical, financial, and operational teams.

  • Growth and Expansion Initiatives: Support the expansion of HealthOne into new markets and locations in collaboration with partners, including demographic analysis, referral tracking, and site analysis.

  • Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with all stakeholders through update meetings and performance reviews to maintain a feedback loop and ensure the continuous improvement of partnership operations.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary offered ($65,000 – $75,000 annually)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.

  • At least 5 years of experience in partnership management or business development, preferably in healthcare.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience with program management and cross-functional team collaboration.

  • Ability to manage process implementations and workflows

  • Present to and work with senior executive stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Nice-to-Have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Planner

  • Proven experience in the medical field and/or the healthcare industry
